One of the critical issues to the project success is how to execute the project. Even though it is well planned before, but without monitoring the work frequently, problem would happen eventually. HELIX insist to have our experienced site officer to manage every question raised by any worker on site.

Detail Programme

For any full fit projects, we manage our activities daily. For those re-stacking projects, we manage our activities hourly. This shows our accuracy and attitude on time management aspect.

Project Management

Well planning to every project is a must in HELIX. We will undergo detail site check and reflected in drawing or writing for record. We will coordinate with all parties clearly to deal with all foreseeable outcomes before we start.

Builder’s Work

We have our own labour force to build the office for you. They are all experienced and skillful. This team has been working together for the past 2 decades. Their workmanship is among the best in the industry.
