Terms Of Services

  • 12 months contract (complimentary supermarket coupon will be given)

  • Monthly payment

$300 minimum spending for extra emergency call, less than $300 will be charged as $300

  1. We provide common office maintenance works. More services such as general office cleaning, movement protection and relocation of office facilities, please feel free to contact us for a quotation.

  2. Ladder for maintenance works should be provided by client. Purchase of ladder is available upon request in advance.

  3. Office maintenance works should be at height below 3m. For works at height above 3m, separate quotation is required.

  4. Ordinary office lighting fixing is included. Separate quotation for special decor lighting fixing is available upon request.

  5. Separate quotation for replacement of associated lighting items other transformer is necessary upon request.

  6. Any fragile or valuable items e.g. antique & wall painting should be well protected or removed before commencement of maintenance works. HELIX is not responsible for the related loss and damage.

  7. Our normal service hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

  8. If Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force 2 hours before the start of works, all works would be postponed.

  9. All disputes are subject to the final decision of HELIX.

Q&A

Balance Settlement:

 

Q: What if there is remaining balance at the end of the month?

A: The balance will be automatically transferred to the next month and accumulated to settle subsequent maintenance fee.

 

Q: What if there is remaining balance when the plan ends?

A: If there is still a balance when the plan ends, the remaining amount will not be refunded, but the customer can use the balance for other maintenance/renovation purposes. If the balance is not enough to settle the cost of the project, the oustanding balance needs to be paid additionally.

 

Q: What if the balance is not enough to cover the cost of repair?

A: After deducting from the balance, the remaining amount shall be settled from future balance.

 

Q: If there is remaining balance, can I get the balance back?

A: The balance will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

 

Service Content:

 

Q: What items are included in the company-wide water & electricity system repair service?

A: We will handle all pre-scheduled maintenance work on the day of the inspection, and check the company's water and electricity systems. After diagnosing system problems, we will make related maintenance work for the customer. All the maintenance costs derived therefrom will be automatically deducted from the balance.

 

Q: Can I change the date or time of the monthly regular inspection?

A: The date and time of the monthly inspection will be confirmed at the time of signing contract. If you want to change the date or time, 3-days advance notice should be given. Inspection will be cancelled, if you fail to notice us 1 working day in advance, and no make-up inspection will be arranged.

 

Other Problems:

 

Q: If emergency repair service is needed while the quota for that month has been used up, what can I do?

A: Customers can call us at 2887 7865 for inquiries.

 

Q: Can I change the monthly fee plan midway?

A: Customers can upgrade the plan midway, but cannot downgrade the plan. After upgrading the plan, the difference in the supermarket coupon will be reimbursed
